Methodology and sources
Built-up places are grouped by county or equivalent area. Maximum latitude identifies north, minimum latitude south, maximum longitude east and minimum longitude west. A place may represent more than one direction in small groups.

Source datasets change over time and can contain omissions or revisions. Verify operational, admissions, financial or safety-critical decisions with the responsible authority.
