Nearest EV Charging Points

This tool lists the public electric vehicle charging points closest to any postcode, drawn from the open OpenStreetMap database, which volunteers and charging networks keep up to date. Whether you are planning a journey, thinking about switching to an electric car, or just curious about the network where you live, it ranks the nearest chargers by distance in seconds.

How It Works

Enter a postcode and we find its location, then list the charging sites nearest to it. For each one we show its name or network, the connector types where they are recorded, how many bays it has, and how far it is in a straight line. The real driving distance may be a little longer depending on the route.

Connectors and Networks

Most rapid chargers use CCS or CHAdeMO connectors, while slower destination chargers usually offer a Type 2 socket. The network operator sets the price and the payment method, so it is worth checking their app or website before you set off. Coverage is improving quickly, so a site that is not listed yet may already be live on the ground.
