- Primary Royal Mail post town recorded for the district.
- town_area
- Local town or area label used by Postcodes UK.
- region
- Regional label associated with the postcode district.
- country
- England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
- postcode_count
- Number of live unit postcodes in the sector.
- school_count
- Number of schools whose postcode is in the sector.
- property_sales_count
- Matched HM Land Registry transactions used for the aggregate.

- Mean recorded sale price in pounds; blank where unavailable.

- Mean latitude of live postcodes in the sector.

Methodology and sources
Live postcodes are grouped by outward code and the first character of the inward code. Coordinates are the arithmetic mean of the live postcode coordinates in each sector. School counts use each establishment's recorded postcode. Property figures aggregate matched HM Land Registry Price Paid transactions; they are descriptive historical figures rather than valuations.

Source datasets change over time and can contain omissions or revisions. Verify operational, admissions, financial or safety-critical decisions with the responsible authority.
