Methodology and sources
Matched HM Land Registry Price Paid transactions are grouped by postcode sector. Sectors require at least 50 matched transactions. The 1,000 highest and 1,000 lowest mean prices are published as separate ranking groups. These are historical transaction aggregates, not valuations.
