Methodology and sources
Sector Price Paid averages are compared with a transaction-weighted average for their postcode district. A sector requires at least 50 matched sales; its district requires at least three eligible sectors and 250 matched sales. Rankings use percentage difference from the district mean.

Source datasets change over time and can contain omissions or revisions. Verify operational, admissions, financial or safety-critical decisions with the responsible authority.
