Methodology and sources
Sectors with at least 50 matched sales are ranked independently by schools per 1,000 live postcodes and average sale price. Affordable school-rich rows have a higher school-density percentile than price percentile; expensive school-sparse rows have the reverse. Each group is ranked by the percentile gap. This is descriptive and does not measure school quality or affordability for an individual household.
